Beef Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 kg (4.4 lbs) of beef ribs
2 tablespoons of Tempero da Roça
Lemon to taste
Oil (enough for frying)
Water (enough to cover the meat)
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Parsley to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, place the beef ribs and season with Tempero da Roça and lemon to taste. There is no need to add salt, as the seasoning already contains it.
Let the meat marinate for about 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
In a pot, heat enough oil to fry and brown the ribs.
Once the meat is well browned, add enough water to completely cover it.
If desired, add the tomato, onion, and parsley for extra flavor.
Let it cook for approximately 1 hour, checking if more water is needed during cooking.
Use a fork to check the tenderness of the meat. If it is tender, remove from heat.
Serve hot with rice, boiled cassava, or any side dish of your choice.
