Churrasco Brasileiro
Ingredientes:
1 peça de picanha
Tempero Spicy ou Savory da Nova Salgados
Molho Vinagrete:
2 tomates maduros picados em cubos pequenos
1 pimentão verde picado em cubos pequenos
1 cebola média picada em cubos pequenos
2 colheres de sopa de salsinha picada
3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
2 colheres de sopa de vinagre
Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Preparação da Carne:
Antes de começar a assar, esfregue o tempero Nova Salgados por toda a carne.
Deixe descansar por alguns minutos para absorver os sabores.
Acenda a churrasqueira e espere que o fogo se acalme, formando brasas uniformes.
Coloque a picanha na grelha e asse no ponto desejado, virando conforme necessário.
Preparação do Molho Vinagrete:
Em uma tigela, misture os tomates, pimentão, cebola e salsinha.
Tempere com azeite de oliva, vinagre, sal e pimenta-do-reino.
Misture bem e deixe descansar por alguns minutos para intensificar os sabores.
Finalização e Servir:
Retire a picanha do fogo, deixe descansar por alguns minutos e fatie.
Sirva acompanhada do vinagrete e, se desejar, pão francês ou farofa.
Dica: Para um churrasco ainda mais autêntico, asse a carne com a gordura voltada para cima no início, permitindo que o sabor se espalhe.

1 piece of picanha (Sirloin Cap or Rump Cap)
Nova Salgados Spicy or Savory Salt Blend
Vinaigrette Sauce:
2 ripe tomatoes, diced into small cubes
1 green bell pepper, diced into small cubes
1 medium onion, diced into small cubes
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:

Before grilling, rub the Nova Salgados Savory Salt Blend all over choice of meat.
Let it rest for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Light the grill and wait until the fire calms down, forming uniformed embers.
Place the meat on the grill and cook to your desired doneness, flipping as needed.
Preparing the Vinaigrette Sauce:
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and parsley.
Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well and let it rest for a few minutes to enhance the flavors.
Finishing and Serving:
Remove the meat from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, and slice it.
Serve with the vinaigrette sauce and, if desired, French bread or farofa.
